I. Introductory provisions and Definition of terms

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the legal relations between the trading company: BiLNET s.r.o. Obchodná 164 078 01 Sečovce, ID number: 44868685, VAT number: 2022879463
(hereinafter also referred to as the “Seller¨) and any person who is a Buyer of a product offered by the Seller in the Seller’s Online Store.

At the same time, the seller is the operator of the electronic system through which he operates an online store on the domain name lovestore.one (hereinafter also “Internet Store”).
A buyer is any person (natural person or legal entity) who filled out and sent an order through the Seller’s online store and who received a confirmation of receipt of the order from the Seller.
A consumer is a natural person who, when concluding a contract according to these GTC, does not act within the scope of his business activity.
Products are goods that are intended for sale and are also published in the Seller’s online store (hereinafter also referred to as “products”).

In case of any complaints or suggestions, the Buyer can also address them directly to the Seller, while we recommend that the Buyers use the seller’s email address to send complaints and suggestions to the Seller: bilnetsro@gmail.com. Any complaint will be assessed and dealt with within 10 working days in accordance with the legal order of the Slovak Republic. At the same time, we inform the consumer about its equipment in the same way as the consumer delivered the complaint or initiative to the Seller.
II. Ordering a product – concluding a purchase contract

The proposal for the conclusion of a purchase contract by the Buyer is the order of products made through an electronic order form in the Seller’s online store. The acceptance of the product order by the Seller, and thus the conclusion of the purchase contract, takes place on the basis of an electronic confirmation of the acceptance of the order by the Seller sent to the Buyer’s email address, on the acceptance of the order.
The purchase contract is concluded for a fixed period and expires upon fulfillment of the obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.
The purchase contract can also be terminated by agreement of the contracting parties or by withdrawal from it.
Before concluding the purchase contract, the buyer is notified, via the Seller’s online store, of all the features of the product.

III. Purchase price and payment terms

The purchase price of products ordered via the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the “purchase price” or “price”) is listed in the Online Store separately for each product and is valid at the time of concluding the purchase contract. The stated price is final (the seller is a VAT payer, so the purchase price also includes value added tax in the amount set by law).
The basic currency is the euro.
IV. Methods of payment

You can pay for products in the Seller’s online store in the following ways (whereas the method of payment is up to the Buyer):
payment through the payment gateway in the Seller’s online store – charged by the amount – is not charged,
paypal – charged by amount – not charged.
V. Delivery of Products

In case the Buyer chose payment according to Article IV point 1 letter a) or b), the product is dispatched by the Seller within 2 working days from the date of crediting the purchase price to the Seller’s account, and the product is delivered to the buyer within 5-7 working days from the day the purchase price is credited to the Seller’s account.
In case the Buyer chose payment according to Article IV point 1 letter c), the product is dispatched by the Seller within 2 working days from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract and the product is delivered to the buyer within 5-7 working days from the conclusion of the purchase contract.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the products to the Buyer in the ordered quantity and quality together with the tax documents that apply to the order.
The place of delivery of the ordered product is the address indicated by the Buyer or the seller’s place of business if the buyer chooses to pick up the product in person. If the Buyer does not specify a specific address for product delivery, this address is the address of the Buyer’s residence or seat.
The seller will deliver the product in one of the ways according to Article VII of these GTC, depending on the choice of the Buyer.
The product is delivered by handing it over to the Buyer (or the Buyer to a person authorized in writing to take over the product).
The Seller may send the product that is immediately available to the Buyer and deliver the remaining part of the order additionally within the specified period, provided, however, that the Buyer will not be charged any additional postage other than what was included in the order.
The buyer is obliged to take over the product and provide the cooperation necessary for the delivery of the product.
